Connection issues on corporate network.  Fiddler resolves issues!

Hi,  we have been testing O365 for a few months now and I have never been able to successfully sync the Office 365 apps (OneDrive, OneNote, and license checks in Word etc.) on my Surface when connected to our corporate network.  If I connect to the guest wifi network the syncs work again.

So I installed Fiddler to see if I could find out what endpoints the suite was trying to connect to, and to my surprise all my syncs were working again, until I closed Fiddler.

I know Fiddler acts as a middle man in the form of a proxy but I don't understand why things work when it is running, or where the issue lies.  Our Infrastructure team have added what we believe to be the full list of Microsoft addresses to the firewall and proxy exclusions but this doesn't help me.

I have recently upgraded to Windows 10 and have the same issue as I did on Windows 8.1.

Any help would be gratefully received.

onedrive is not belong to o365, we need to check windows client. Then check onenote sync section  with this list :
